Warranty Validity

The warranty is applicable only when products are used and installed as per recommended guidelines.

  • Warranty begins from the date of purchase or invoice payment

  • All electrical components, including power supplies, must be installed under proper shelter or protective covering

  • Damage due to water exposure, lack of protection, or incorrect installation will void the warranty

  • Proper installation and protection are essential for long-term performance and warranty coverage


Installation & Electrical Safety

  • All power supplies and electrical components must be placed under a shed or weather-protected area

  • PIXI NEON® is not responsible for installation, uninstallation, or reinstallation costs

  • Improper protection or installation may result in malfunction and loss of warranty coverage


Hard-Wired or Modified Signs

  • PIXI NEON® does not cover costs related to installing or removing hard-wired signage

  • If a sign has been altered, rewired, or modified by an electrician or third party, warranty coverage will be evaluated at the sole discretion of PIXI NEON®


Returns, Replacements & Support

PIXI NEON® ensures that all products are manufactured to high quality standards and are free from manufacturing defects. In the rare event of a defect, we offer prompt and fair support.

What We Offer

  • Returns or replacements for defective products only

  • Repair or replacement after inspection of the product

  • Final resolution, including replacement or refund is determined on a case-by-case basis and remains at the sole discretion of PIXI NEON®

Reporting a Faulty Product

To help us assess your concern efficiently, please provide:

  • A short video clearly showing the issue

  • Clear photographs of the sign and affected areas

  • A brief explanation of the problem

  • Note: Incomplete documentation may delay or limit resolution.

Resolution Process

  • Once all required information is received, our team will review the case

  • Troubleshooting instructions may be provided for remote resolution

  • If the issue cannot be resolved remotely, a replacement will be issued at no additional cost

Refund Policy

  • Refunds are considered only in exceptional cases where repair or replacement is not possible

  • Refunds will not exceed the original product value and will exclude shipping charges

  • All refund decisions are made at the sole discretion of PIXI NEON®


Product Characteristics & Acceptable Variations

Handcrafted Nature

  • All neon signs are handcrafted, and minor variations in size, shape, color, or font may occur

  • These variations are natural and are not considered defects

Size & Design

  • Overall size includes the acrylic base and may vary by 1–3 inches

  • Final products may differ slightly from digital mockups

  • Minor glue marks from LED fixing are normal

Color & Environmental Factors

  • Color variations may occur due to screen or printer calibration

  • Prolonged exposure to direct sunlight or UV rays may lead to gradual discoloration

Operational Characteristics

  • Mild operational sounds may occur due to LEDs, dimmers, adapters, or power supplies

  • Larger signs may include ventilation fans for heat management

  • Slight warmth from the power supply during operation is normal

  • Tip: Always place the power supply in a well-ventilated area for optimal performance and longevity.


Customer Acknowledgement

By purchasing from PIXI NEON®, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • The variations described above are normal and not product defects

  • Determination of manufacturing defects is at the sole discretion of PIXI NEON® (Bright Verse LLP)

  • You will provide accurate and complete information regarding usage, installation, and environmental conditions in the event of a claim


Damage During Transit

At the Time of Delivery

  • We strongly recommend recording an unboxing video

  • If the package appears damaged, punctured, or bent, take clear photos before opening

Reporting Timeline

  • Transit damage must be reported within 7 days of delivery

  • Claims raised after this period will be processed under standard return and refund policies

  • Delivery date refers to the courier-confirmed delivery date mentioned in tracking details

Documents Required for Transit Claims

Email support@pixineon.com with:

  • Clear photos of the damaged sign

  • An unboxing video

  • Photos of the outer box from all sides

  • A clear image of the shipping label

  • Failure to provide the required documentation within the stated timeframe may void replacement eligibility.

Transit Damage Resolution

  • If a product is confirmed as damaged, lost, or faulty during shipping, PIXI NEON® will provide a replacement at no additional cost

  • Requests for design changes or shipping address modifications may incur extra charges
