I absolutely love the sign, but their dimmer doesn't work and they don't offer warranty on dimmer.
Their neon sign is good, they offer free dimmer and remote but the option is disabled by default which i didn't notice before placing order. You can enable the option if you are giving it for free anyway.
Nice packaging and my custom neon sign turned exactly like the mock-up they shared. their shipping took longer.
Very good sign from Pixineon. i shared my logo and they delivered excellent mockup and product
i customized my neon sign and got it exactly as i imagined. Their design team was really accommodating to multiple changes and i love my neon sign. Shipping took longer than expected though, but now that i have my neon sign, i am very happy
